General Terms Of Use
Most of you know the rules and for those of you that don't ... there are lots of them posted on other sites. LOL
These rules apply whether you read them or not so please take the time to go through them. I have tried to keep them brief but precise.
Basically ... do not resize, recolour, distort, or rip apart any of my work. Do not claim ownership for my work or display it on your site without HTML code protection ... if you need the codes please email me at the address below with your website address and use the subject title 3 CODES.

Your web site must be Family Friendly and in English. Do not use my work in conjunction with illegal or porno sites.
The logo/license I provide must be displayed in your membership areas and/or in your listings of membership and remain there even if you choose to leave or are banned for as long as you have my work on display or are using it. You must provide me with your site URL when requesting membership and a working email account so that I can mail you your tags and just in case I need to get hold of you for any reason.
Your password is never to be shared. The membership is for one person only. Co-owners are required to each buy their own memberships and I will give discounts ... so if one member joins I will offer a discount to the others.
If you have a closed membership site then I might request access only to see that my copyright is being respected and I promise not to remove, use or abuse your work. If I happen to see anything of yours that I like I will become a member of your site. :) I will even let you know when I am coming for a visit so you can make me 'coffee'. LOL This is more for people that I don't know than those people that I already know and trust. Once I get to know and trust you there will be no further need for me to access your site. :) If you would like to talk about this or have others that can vouch for you please contact me and I can waive this entirely. However, if you insist on being allowed into your member's sites then I expect to do the same.
Do not attempt to claim my work as your own or change/alter it in any way. You may offer my finished graphics on your site for adoption but do not make tubes out of them. At this time I will provide tube licenses for your finished outlines only. Please respect my copyrights.
Please don't do anything with MY tags that you would not want done with YOURS.
If you are not sure ... ask me ... please don't assume.
After payment has been received I will set you up as quickly as possible. You must send me a working email address, the password you want to use and the name you wish on your membership and license. Do what I do and write down the info in a cheap notebook so that you have a hard copy of them. Please display your logos and licenses as quickly as possible (within 5 days).
Once you have been given access to the members area there will be no refunds.
All content belongs to AngelBreath Designs and I retain copyright to everything you see on my site. To be clear to those of you who are new to memberships ~ you are not purchasing the right to claim my work as you own ~ you are purchasing the right to use my work to create something new. Even after you create something new I do expect you to give me credit for what I have contributed. That is what the adoption certificates are for ... or you can put a link back to me with the adoption. Thanks. :)
You may share your finished outlines with your own members or as adoptions on your own site... If you have any questions please or are in doubt ... ask. :) It will likely give me more opportunities to say yes. hehe
If I find someone to be abusing my copyrights I will use ISP / IP tracking and banning to prevent you from doing more harm. Anyone breaking my terms will be removed and banned and I will post your name inside my member's area to warn other members about you. And please ... if I post someone's name I would appreciate it if you would NOT share any of my graphics with them. This includes all my work inside the members area. I don't expect this to be an issue ... but hey ... I hear horror stories. LOL

Terms for Outlines
YES
You are allowed to colour, flip or mirror any of my outlines.
You may use my outlines to make adoptions, signature tags, websets, IM stats or any other graphic you can think of (excluding porno or illegal sites).
You may change the face of the dolls only to create simple animations such as blowing a kiss, winking, blinking, sticking out a tongue, etc.
Yes please display your tube license with your finished outline tubes. :)
You may share your finished outlines with your own members or as adoptions on your own site...

NO you may not tube my outlines unless you bought a tube license.
My outlines are NOT to be altered even when you make tubes with them.
You may NOT resize or alter the outlines.
NO you may not pass my work around snag or share groups.
You are NOT allowed to place my outlines in porno or illegal sites.
You may NOT rename any of my work. For example, Alien Babies, Casandra, Chubbi, Grandmother's Carousel, etc. as these are a series of dolls and people will look for sites displaying these names when they want to collect them.
PLEASE
Show some pride in your work and colour your outlines properly ... nothing looks worse and is a bigger rip off than having someone claim to have coloured outlines and all they are is simply one solid colour (no shading) and they call it finished ... and then attempt to pass it off as a tube or charge for it. Very insulting to everyone.
Terms for Graphics
These are the same as Outlines bascially with two exceptions ... you must put the graphics you collect with some other graphics and create a scene of some sort ... do not use them as is. This includes all my dolls and everything else on this site whether coloured or not ... unless you have an outline tube license. Make your own accessories to compliment them. *winks*
And NO you may not make tubes out of my finished graphics at this time. LOL
NO you may not recolour my finished work hehe but thanks for trying ... if you want another colour just ask me. :)
